Bruce Allen Perry, 75, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2026, after an arduous battle with Alzheimer’s disease, in Riverview, Michigan.
He was born July 8, 1950 to Charles Albert and Patricia Ann Perry (nee: Moss) in Wyandotte, Michigan.
Bruce served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged on December 20, 1973. He was a Sharp Shooter with M16 rifles and 2D Class Grenades and received the National Defense Service Medal. Bruce was retired from the graphic arts industry.
Bruce is predeceased by his best friend and beloved wife of 47 years, Margaret Gizella Perry (nee: Kadlecz), He is survived by his children, Brian Adam Perry (Suzanne) and Kristin Alisa Sandoval (Mikhael); and his grandchildren, Tyler Austin Perry and Ryleigh Ann Perry.
Bruce was a devoted family man whose greatest joy came from time spent with those he loved. Easygoing, warm‑hearted, and always ready to celebrate life’s moments—big or small—he brought people together with his steady presence and his sense of humor. He was the person everyone (myriad animals included) could rely on, whether for help, support, or simply a laugh.
He leaves to the next generations a robust legacy of familial pride, marital strength, and twinkling eyes. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Bruce’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
