David Lewek 64, passed away November 11 at St John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren. October 28. He was born July 1, 1949 in Detroit. He is survived by his children Amanda, Lonnie, Evelyn. Visitation will be Friday from 2-9 followed by a Cremation at the Walter Scott Skupny Funeral Home, 28605 Gratiot, 2 blocks south of 12 mile, Roseville.
