Dwayne Lertola

Dwayne Allen Lertola, age 37, was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan on May 8, 1985, and passed away in Clinton Township, Michigan on September 13, 2022. Beloved fiancé to Jessica; loving father to Alexis and Jayden; cherished son to Theresa (the late David); dearest brother to Joseph (Wendy), Michael (Jamie), and David (Tracy); adored uncle to Kelsey, Morgan, Andrew, Nicholas, Meadow, Sophia, Jaxon, Owen, Mikey Jr., Rylee, Noah, Danajah, Davey Jr., Delilah, Lucita, and Tomás.

Dwayne was a fun, loving, and creative individual who enjoyed horseshoes, MSU football, and spending time with his family and friends.  He had an infectious sense of humor and a contagious laugh.  He will always be loved and dearly missed by his family and friends.  A saying from Dwayne that his family and friends will remember him by: “You Know.”
