Elaine Williams-Pelzer was born on September 26, 1947, in Detroit Michigan, to Clyde and Ophelia Williams. Elaine married David Pelzer and out of that union came Olivia Faye Pelzer who preceded her in death. Elaine was a very loving sister, aunt and cousin; she was a very creative person. Elaine liked to draw, sing, dance, and play her keyboard and travel. Elaine graduated from Detroit Business Institute with an associate’s degree in Business Administration.
Elaine enjoyed working in the community doing outreach ministry and extending a helping hand to families in need. In the year of 1980 Elaine gave her life to the lord, at that time she accepted her calling as an Evangelist; she then moved to Philadelphia Pennsylvania to pursue her ministry working in homes for battered women.
After a few years Elaine returned back to Detroit Michigan to enjoy her family and to continue working in ministry until the lord cane by and picked her up to go to her permanent home. Elaine will be greatly missed. She knows we loved her, but God loved her more.
Elaine leaves behind one sister Leslie Faye Williams and one brother Claude Wayne Williams (Lynda).

Auntie you are truly going to be missed. We shared our birthdays together every year, this year we shared our birthday on face book because you were in the hospital. I’m glad you met your little nephew Noah before you left me. I’m going to miss all of our laughter and times we sat on the couch, and you kept telling me “You look just like your auntie”. “I love you Caprice” I love you too Auntie Elaine you are truly going to be missed. I will cherish all of our moments we had. Get your rest. I love you.
