Joan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She shared her life with her devoted husband, Kenneth Whitworth Sr., and together they built a loving family. Her children, Lori, Kenneth Jr., Diana (Mark), and Anna (Gabriel), along with her 19 loving grandchildren and 33 cherished great-grandchildren, were her pride and joy. Joan's siblings, Donald, John, and Ricky, and her Uncle Paul Mooradian, cherished her dearly. She also leaves behind her treasured son-in-law, Frank Fournier.
Joan had a zest for life that was infectious. She never knew a stranger, greeting everyone with warmth and kindness. Her kitchen was often filled with the delightful aromas of her culinary creations, as she loved cooking and baking, especially her famed apple cake. A game enthusiast, she enjoyed word puzzles, Scrabble, and Yahtzee, and spent many happy moments watching game shows.
A lover of all creatures, Joan had a special spot in her heart for animals. She adored getting her hair done, always ensuring she looked her best, never leaving the house without her lipstick and perfume. Her fondness for sparkles reflected her vibrant personality and joyful spirit.
Preceded in death by her loved granddaughter Sydney, Joan's legacy is carried on through the love and memories she bestowed upon her family and friends. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but will endure in the hearts of those who knew her.
