JoAnn Olter, age 88 was born on December 20, 1929 in Indianapolis, and passed away on February 10, 2018 at her daughter’s home. She is survived by her daughter Catherine (Loy) Deng and was predeceased by her husband Albert and daughter Carol. Even though she has been called to Heaven, she will be missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her.
