Robert James Andre

Robert James Andre; Age 91 of Clinton Township, Michigan passed away June 9, 2026, in his residence. Born July 29, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan. Bob retired as a engineering supervisor from General Dynamics, he was a devoted father, and proudly served in the U.S. Navy.

A Funeral Mass will be held in his honor on July 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM (visitation 9 AM) at St. Louis Catholic Church, 24415 Crocker Boulevard, Clinton Township, Michigan 48036.

Robert is widowed from his first wife, Elizabeth (nee: Gera) and also from his wife, Shirley (nee: Toth) who passed away, on December 24, 2023, Bob and Shirley were wed on September 5, 1987 in Las Vagas, Nevada. He is the beloved father of Robert R. (Susan) Andre, Sharon (Mark) Maddock and Denise (John) Allen. Step father of Anna (Phillip "Lee") Newton and Paul (Laura) Wiggins. He was a proud grandfather and great grandfather.

He will be remembered for his unwavering spirit and the love he shared with his family and friends. We invite all who knew Bob to join us as we celebrate his life and the legacy he leaves behind.
